To order medicines or consult doctors through our platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all actions taken under your account.

3. Prescription-Only Medicines (Rx)

Certain drugs displayed on our website/app require a valid medical prescription written by a licensed healthcare professional:

• You must upload a scanned, readable copy of a valid prescription.
• Our partner pharmacists will audit and verify your uploaded prescription.
• Reliever Healthcare reserves the right to reject any order if the prescription is found to be expired, invalid, altered, or fraudulent.

4. Aggregator Status

Reliever Healthcare acts as an aggregator platform matching customers with licensed retail franchise pharmacies and diagnostic laboratories. We do not manufacture medicines. All billing, stock management, and medical packaging are carried out by our licensed partner pharmacy outlets.

5. Pricing & Sourcing

We aim to provide genuine generic medicines at affordable prices directly from verified manufacturers. While we strive to display accurate pricing and stock availability, typographical errors or manufacturer pricing updates may occur. In such cases, the final order value will be verified before dispatch.

6. Limitation of Liability

Reliever Healthcare shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to medicine delays, courier delivery errors, or incorrect self-medication decisions. 7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
